GSS&C represents its clients in California workers' compensation cases before the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board as well as in civil cases involving insurance subrogation in the superior courts of this state.

GSS&C defends employers, whether insured or self-insured, against claims additional liability for claims by employees alleging discrimination pursuant to Labor Code section 132a as well as serious and willful misconduct pursuant to Labor Code section 4553.
